What’s the minimum amount of bottles I can order?

Put simply, it’s at least six. Any more than that is fine.

But I would like to send a gift – I don’t need to buy six for that do I?

No you don’t. We offer a gift service where you can buy less than 6 bottles to send as a present to someone. We package it and send it to the relevant person relieving you of all the hassle. Of course, this means the delivery cost will be higher.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all across the UK and Northern Ireland. We can deliver to other places too of course, but that will involve a different delivery cost. To find out more about this, please contact us.

What is the delivery charge?

£7.50 per order to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Free for orders over £300. For any other areas, there is a delivery surcharge, please call 0845 108 5290.

What are ‘tannins’?

*Good question. Over to you, Laura… *

Laura says “If you have ever had a strong cup of tea and left it for a while – that dry puckery feeling in your mouth are tannins. They are the same in wine. Tannins come from the skins and seeds of the grapes, so the longer the wine is in contact with these when it’s being made, the more tannins there will be. A wine with little tannin should be drunk young, but tannins also help bring structure to a wine and helps a wine to age. As a wine ages, tannins become softer and less noticeable. Hope this makes sense!”

Do you only sell wine online?

This is our main way of selling, but if you are a business, or buy rather large amounts of wine you can set up an account with us. Please call Laura on 0845 108 5290.

I am looking for a particular wine. Can Red White or Pink get it for me?

Most of the time – yes. Just contact us to enquire.

Can I have my wine gift packaged?

Yes – look at our gift page for different options and then contact us

I have completed my order, but need to amend it. What do I do?

Call one of the team on 0845 108 5290.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Within London, you can specify a 2 hour time slot Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. If you would like it in an evening we deliver Mondays and Thursdays 6pm to 9pm.

Any deliveries outside of London are 9am to 5pm, but can be left somewhere safe (at your own risk, so be careful doing this).

How long will it take for my wine to arrive?

We guarantee delivery within 7 working days but we can usually deliver 2 working days after the order has been processed.

Can I arrange specific time or date for delivery that isn’t listed?

We try and fit in with you as the easiest way possible, so give us a call and we will try and help as best we can.

What if a wine I want is out of stock?

Call us and we can let you know when it is due back in. We will then contact you as soon as we have it. In addition we can recommend what we think you will also like at a similar price.

Can I track my order?

Phone us on 0845 108 5290 and we can tell you where your wine is.

I would like to order wine for a big event such as a party or a wedding, but am not sure of quantities. What do I do?

Contact us, and we can advise you as to how much you will need. For large orders, we have a 25% return policy, so don’t be too afraid to chuck in an extra case or 2.

Is there a discount for big orders such as for weddings and parties?

If you would like to order some wine in bulk, please call our sales team for a quote.

Can I set up an account?

If you would like to buy relatively large amounts regularly we sort you out some prices, set you up an account and you can buy directly from our sales team on 0845 1085290.

Is it possible to send wine to multiple addresses?

Yes – call (0845 1085290) or email (sales@redwhiteorpink.com) our sales team with the details.

How do I stop receiving updates?

Just email us at sales@redwhiteorpink.com and write UNSUBSRIBE in the subject box and we will remove you from our mailing list.
